From February 9 to 14, we experienced what can only be described as flawless hospitality at its highest expression. As seasoned travelers accustomed to five-star properties around the world, we arrived with high expectations. Those expectations were not only met, they were surpassed in every conceivable way. The property itself is breathtaking. Intimate, sophisticated, and architecturally stunning, it strikes a rare balance between modern design and warm elegance. Every space feels curated. Every detail feels intentional. The ocean views are dramatic, the ambiance serene, and the atmosphere exclusive without ever feeling pretentious. It is refined luxury done right. But what truly elevates Grand Velas Boutique from exceptional to unforgettable is its people. Our concierge, Berenice Reyna, delivered a masterclass in personalized service. She anticipated needs before we voiced them. Every dinner reservation, every thoughtful touch, every seamless arrangement reflected care, precision, and genuine warmth. She made us feel not like guests, but like honored residents. Her professionalism and grace set the tone for an extraordinary stay. And then there is Christian at the pool: simply put, phenomenal. He is the kind of hospitality professional who transforms moments into memories. High-energy, charismatic, and effortlessly attentive, Christian brought a level of enthusiasm and joy that elevated our entire vacation. His sense of humor, impeccable timing, and genuine kindness made our poolside days the highlight of our stay. He doesn’t just serve, he creates an atmosphere. Every luxury property should hope to have someone like him on their team. The dining is exquisite. The service rhythm throughout the resort is polished and intuitive. Privacy is respected. Comfort is prioritized. Excellence is the standard, not the exception. Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos is not just a place to stay. It is a place to feel cared for, elevated, and completely immersed in sophisticated relaxation.

We spent 4 nights at the Grand Velas Boutique Hotel from November 2-6. The trip was a gift from a relative to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We stayed in a garden suite, room 315, overlooking the very quiet and gorgeous courtyard. From the moment of our arrival to our departure, we encountered the kindest, loveliest, friendliest, funniest staff members. The room was spotless and we were greeted with a lovely anniversary surprise of chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling wine in our room. Housekeeping and turn down services were wonderful. The food and drinks amazing. The room was large and had lots of storage throughout the bedroom area and washroom. The Dyson hair dryer was a nice touch. The shower had strong water pressure. The room was immaculate. The resort is very quiet. Please tip these hard working people, the service is top notch. And tourists, do not forget your manners, a little please and thank you and a smile goes a long way. We would see staff in the early morning pool area, wiping, sweeping, cleaning literally every surface. Snack drawer and fridge replenished regularly. Need something? Have a special request? Just ask and your request will be seamlessly fulfilled. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone or you could order from menu. Lunch could be had at the pool or the restaurant. Since you can access the sister property next door, you have access to all of the great dining options and resort amenities. A staff member can whisk you there on a golf cart or you can stroll along the sidewalk. You will not want for anything here, unless loud, wild partying is your scene. Thank you to the entire Velas staff for making a trip of a lifetime so very wonderful.

I can’t begin to state the wonderful experience we had at Grand Velas Boutique. First accolades go to the staff. From our arrival to departure we were so well treated by Jair, Manuel, Adrian, Santiago, Jesus and Omar just to name a few. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. If you desire a tranquil setting with impeccable service and amenities this is your only option. Many thanks to Carlos and his staff for an unforgettable week.

This is absolutely worth the price! From the magnificent and diverse array food to the level of personalized service you get when there are only 70 plus suites in the property, this was an amazing relaxing trip. Everyone at the boutique hotel anticipates your needs from your personal concierge to the staff. It’s beautiful and hospitable and exceeded my expectations!

One of the few places I’ve been abroad where I thought the price was completely worth it. This is some of the best hospitality and service I have ever experienced! Big shoutout to Berzain, Miguel, Manuel, and Jesus at the pool for being so friendly and keeping the drinks flowing :) Shoutout to our personal concierge Gaby for helping us with ANYTHING we needed! And the best part, shoutout to Yuseyla, Janet, and Gabriela in the spa for truly the best spa experience we had ever had! The water ceremony and massages are a must for anyone who visits. We will be back soon!

This resort is stunning — the architecture, views, and bougainvillea everywhere make it feel so peaceful and special. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and smelled amazing. The service was exceptional, especially Berenice, who took such great care of us. The food was outstanding — we asked the chef at Loto to surprise us, and it turned into an unforgettable culinary experience. The spa and its unique welcome ceremony were amazing, and even the gym and conference spaces were top-notch. Every detail was perfect.

This resort is the epitome of luxury! No matter what room level you choose, you want for nothing. The food is abundant and five star, the service is beyond what I have ever experienced. The drinks are created by mixologists and there is no “resort” style drinks, these are all luxury drinks even at the swim up bar. The smallest details are noticed all the way down to being at the beach on a hot day and a wonderful employee bringing you a metal bottle with ice water so your water is COLD with no melting ice. We are coming back for our second visit and we are counting down the days. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign to hop that fence and BOOK IT. It is beyond worth it

We have been going to this for the last five years and it has been a treat every single time. The pool guy Abraham Lopez will go out of his way to get you what you need. Laura always will make sure you have a good and relaxing time.
